Leek on Toast

For our younger chefs: Remember to ask for help from an adult when completing these recipes, but most of all have fun!

Ingredients:

  • A couple of leeks, washed and sliced
  • A good scoop of butter
  • Sliced bread
  • Salt & Pepper

Method:

  1. Fry the sliced leeks in the butter until softened.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the bread in a toaster.
  4. Assemble all parts together.
