Green Soup

From the Kitchen of: Patty

For our younger chefs: Remember to ask for helpfrom an adult when completing these recipes, but most of all have fun!

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli
  • Stock cube
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Any other vegetables you have to hand
  • Coriander
  • Mixed Herbs
  • Water

Method:

  1. Chop ingredients.
  2. Put all in a pan with the water and cook until the veg is tender.
  3. Blitz in a blender, or keep the veg whole.
  4. Eat with crispy bread.
