Fish Cakes

For our younger chefs: Remember to ask for helpfrom an adult when completing these recipes, but most of all have fun!

Ingredients:

  • Fish
  • Potatoes
  • Babybel
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt & Pepper

Method:

  1. Boil potatoes and mash.
  2. Poach fish and flake.
  3. Mix fish, potato and egg together.
  4. Turn into balls. Press babybel inside.
  5. Fry for 5 minutes until golden.
  6. Put in the oven for 10/15 minutes.
