Chickpea Coconut Curry

For our younger chefs: Remember to ask for help from an adult when completing these recipes, but most of all have fun!

Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ketchup
  • Coconut Cream
  • Tumeric
  • Rice

Method:

  1. Dice your onion and garlic, and fry.
  2. Add chickpeas (drained)
  3. Add a dollop of ketchup and the coconut cream
  4. Cook and add the tumeric.
  5. Serve with rice.
