Apple Crumble

For our younger chefs: Remember to ask for help from an adult when completing these recipes, but most of all have fun!


  • 3 Cooking Apples
  • 4 oz Butter
  • 4 oz Light Brown Sugar
  • 6 oz self-raising flour
  • Nutmeg (optional)
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Raisins (optional)


  1. Mix the butter and sugar.
  2. Add flour.
  3. Rub/Crumble.
  4. Slice and peel the apples and layout in baking tray.
  5. Sprinkle with caster sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and raisins (I add a little lemon juice).
  6. Top with crumble.
  7. Medium oven until golden (30 minutes).
