For our younger chefs: Remember to ask for help from an adult when completing these recipes, but most of all have fun!
- 3 Cooking Apples
- 4 oz Butter
- 4 oz Light Brown Sugar
- 6 oz self-raising flour
- Nutmeg (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Raisins (optional)
- Mix the butter and sugar.
- Add flour.
- Slice and peel the apples and layout in baking tray.
- Sprinkle with caster sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and raisins (I add a little lemon juice).
- Top with crumble.
- Medium oven until golden (30 minutes).
